Hans-Joachim Koerber

Hans-Joachim Koerber has served as a director of SYSCO since January 2008. Dr. Koerber served as the chairman and chief executive officer of METRO Group, Germany's largest retailer, from 1999 until his retirement in October 2007. Dr. Koerber is a director of Air Berlin PLC, Bertelsmann AG and Skandinaviska Enskilda Benken AB. Dr. Koerber is a member of the Audit Committee and the Finance Committee.
