Matthew H Paull

Matthew H. Paull has been a director since September 2003. Mr. Paull is an executive professor in residence at the University of San Diego. He is the former corporate senior executive vice president and chief financial officer for McDonald's Corporation, which. develops, operates, franchises and services a worldwide system of McDonald's restaurants, having retired from that position in January 2008. Prior to joining McDonald's Corporation in 1993, he was a partner at Ernst & Young LLP, specializing in international tax.
