Frank C Herringer

FRANK C. HERRINGER has been a member of the Board of Directors since March 6, 2008. Mr. Herringer has been Chairman of the Board of Transamerica Corporation, a financial services company, since 1996. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Transamerica from 1991 to 1999 and President from 1986 to 1999, when Transamerica was acquired by AEGON N.V. Mr. Herringer is also a director of Amgen Inc., a biotechnology company, and The Charles Schwab Corporation.
