James F Fitzpatrick

James Fitzpatrick, senior partner of the legislative practice group, has three decades of experience supervising major legislative projects for such clients as State Farm Insurance Companies, the Recording Industry Association of America, PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Price Waterhouse), Hoffmann-La Roche Inc., and the Commissioner of Baseball. In addition, he has advised clients facing oversight hearings and other congressional investigations, including Pfizer, Inc., the American Red Cross, and Stanford University. Mr. Fitzpatrick also has counseled congressional officials in judicial proceedings, and served as special counsel for various congressional committees.
