Zoe Devaney

As the Senior Vice President, MI Operations for Radian, Zoe Devaney is responsible for providing the overall vision, strategy and leadership for all departments within operations including Customer Care, Administration, Underwriting, Servicing, Field Services, and Business Solutions with a staff of approximately 200 employees. Prior to this, Ms. Devaney held the position of senior vice president, customer experience where she led many key customer-facing teams within Radian. Ms. Devaney has also led marketing, business development and product development during her tenure at Radian. Before joining Radian in 2000, Ms. Devaney spent eight years at Prudential Home Mortgage, which was acquired by Norwest Mortgage and later merged with Wells Fargo, in senior roles including vice president, strategic marketing and business initiatives; and vice president, consumer direct marketing. She also held a variety of marketing and finance roles at multi-national corporations including Merrill Lynch and American Express. Ms. Devaney holds a bachelor's degree from Boston University in Business Administration.
