Robert E Barnett

Robert E. Barnett is a partner in the Washington, D.C. law firm of Barnett Sivon & Natter, P.C. He specializes in representing financial institutions before the U.S. Congress and federal regulatory agencies. He is a former chairman of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Prior to his service at the FDIC, he practiced first as a litigator with Sullivan & Cromwell in New York City, and then as Counsel to the Governor of Nebraska before heading the Nebraska Constitution Revision Commission.
