Sonia Chae

Sonia Chae is a senior attorney in the corporate reorganization group of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Ms. Chae earned her bachelor’s degree in philosophy with honors from Dartmouth College, and her law degree from Rutgers University, where she was a member of the Rutgers University Law Review.
