Neil Roman is a partner whose areas of practice include civil litigation, including trademark, copyright, and insurance coverage litigation, as well as sports, labor, and antitrust law. Mr. Roman served for over a decade as lead national copyright litigation counsel for the National Football League and has since 2004 served as lead national trademark litigation counsel for the American Automobile Association (AAA); he also has an active insurance coverage practice on behalf of policyholders. In addition, Mr. Roman serves as one of the firm’s Managing Partners for Legal Personnel, having previously served as one of the hiring partners.
