Henry "Van" McConnon retired from the Fastenal board in February 2009. He had served as a director of Fastenal since the company's incorporation in 1968. He is also president of Wise Eyes, Inc., an eyeglass retailer and wholesaler located in State College, Pennsylvania. Director since December 21, 1968.
