Led all aspects of operations for 72-employee organization comprised of risk management experts from four separate specialties. Responsible for all recruitment, development, training, and employee certifications. Prepared for European and African contingency operations and Afghanistan combat deployment. Coordinated with external agencies and organizations.
Achievements
• Championed organizational change in the way the organization trained and prepared for combat operations in Afghanistan. Developed cross-functional teams of experts building internal capacity for sensitive site exploitation, language capabilities, risk and data processing and management.
• Engineered and successfully executed the United States Army’s first mobile language training program resulting in 72 employees learning functioning Dari or Arabic.
• Hand selected out of 13 candidates to engineer, develop, prepare, and lead the organization’s newest risk management section on six weeks notice.
• Hand selected out of 13 candidates to lead the CEOs Risk Management Department. |
