Damon P de Laszlo

Mr. de Laszlo was appointed in 1980 Chairman of Harwin PLC, a United Kingdom based manufacturer of electronic components, having served on the Board since 1962. He is presently Chairman of the Economic Research Council and has been involved extensively in British industrial and economic organizations, including the Confederation of British Industry and is a former Chairman of the Electronic Components Industry Federation. Additionally, Mr. de Laszlo serves as a Director for several UK and offshore terprises, and a number of U.S. and overseas affiliates of The TCW Group Inc.
