Brig. Gen. Chad D. Raduege is the Director of the Command, Control, Communications and Computers/Cyber Directorate, and Chief Information Officer, Headquarters U.S. European Command, Patch Barracks, Stuttgart, Germany. In this capacity, he leads a joint staff responsible for operating five unique networks to enable global operations. In addition, he ensures communications readiness across the European theater – with NATO, the world’s premier military alliance, and 51 countries – through policy and security cooperation efforts.
