The twitter accounts' first tweet was May of this year. Their facebook page was set up on February 21st, 2014. Their domain name was registered in 2012 but it looks like the website didn't become active until this year. When looking at their facebook page, it lists their address as 4065 Commercial Avenue, Northbrook, IL 60062 (which is odd since they have a Chicago phone number and are supposedly helping Chicago parents) so doing a google search for that address, you pull up a company called Old World Industries, whose co-founder is Mr. John Thomas Hurvis, who just happens to sit on the board of New Schools for Chicago. http://www.newschoolsnow.org/about-us/board-members/ and has done since 2012. |
