The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) has established an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) with the CWMD Consortium for use by agencies that have a need to prototype new technologies related to Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction. The consortium is comprised of a mixture of traditional and non-traditional contractors, small businesses, for-profit and not-for profit entities, and academia, representing the key players in the industry.
WHO CAN JOIN
Companies that are part of the US Industrial base, as well as new and emerging non-traditional defense contractors, are encouraged to join the CWMD and participate in Federally-funded R&D projects.
