Technion - Israel Institute of Technology
At Israel's technical university in Haifa, 6 students are currently doing research at the "HPI Research School at Technion". Its goal is to allow a multidisciplinary group of researchers in the Computer Science and Electrical Engineering departments to rise up to the new challenges presented by the shift to Chip Multiprocessor Computing (CMP). The students are mentored jointly by professors from the Computer Science and Electrical Engineering departments.
Since HPC-Technion began its work in 2010, 30 scholarship holders have successfully completed their PhD theses.
