I joined Nixon Peabody's Boston office in October 2011 in its Public Finance department. I represented the Commonwealth and other state agencies in the issuance of debt to support public infrastructure, higher education, health care and social service facilities across the state. I also represented the Commonwealth as it entered into its first "pay-for-success" contracts (also referred to as "social impact bonds") to address juvenile recidivism and chronic homelessness. I served as bond counsel to the Commonwealth in the first issuance of "Green Bonds" in the municipal market. |
