He was previously the Managing Director of Polaris Consulting, LLC, representing a wide range of clients across a variety of policy issues, and served on the staffs of former Reps. Betty Sutton (D-Ohio) and Heath Shuler (D-N.C.). O’Hanlon earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Ashville. |
