Notes The 16 members of the Online Virginia Network Authority are appointed by the Governor to oversee the Online Virginia Network. This board is made up of members from the Virginia House of Delegates (for up to four consecutive years), state senators (up to two consecutive years), and three non-legislative citizens of Virginia. The Online Virginia Network was established to expand access to online degree and credential programs that benefit Virginia’s citizens, public institutions of higher education, and employers.
