Cybersecurity is a growing field, and there is more demand than supply. Through the GWIB, we looked at both the demand side : the employers who are in need of trained employees to perform the Cybersecurity functions at all levels--from the technician all the way to the cybersecurity experts. We then looked at the supply side: the colleges and universities, community colleges, and specialized training groups that are training the workforce to meet the demands in the industry, and analyzed the delta.
