Starting with an internal experiment in 1998, led the launch of the first ever effort to crowdsource innovation for development: the Development Marketplace (featured in the Harvard Business Review). It was mainstreamed for over a decade since its launch, and inspired other public sector agencies to consider similar initiatives.
