Working out of the SF Mayor's Office of Civic Innovation, I led the regional and global growth of Startup in Residence, a 16-week program which partners government departments with startups to develop products and services that address critical public sector challenges in San Francisco and with our current partner cities Oakland, San Leandro and West Sacramento. In 2016, 14 startups worked with 14 city and public agencies.

Additionally, I led Civic Bridge, a pro-bono public-private partnership program that recruits private sector teams to volunteer their time to work on critical public sector issues with City staff and departments.
Civic Bridge recruits private sector professionals to volunteer 16 weeks of their time to work alongside government employees on critical City issues. The program builds off of the example set by a number of Cities such as Chicago’s Civic Consulting Alliance and San Jose’s Silicon Valley Talent Partnership.
