| Notes | Legend Holdings Corporation (SEHK:3396) (‘Legend’) is in talks to buy around 90% of Banque Internationale à Luxembourg SA (‘BIL’) from Precision Capital SA (‘Precision’), a person with knowledge of the matter told Reuters. People familiar with the industry said they would expect BIL to fetch a price of €1 billion to €1.5 billion. The deal is likely to be finalised in the coming weeks and Legend is not looking to buy the remaining 10% stake which is owned by the Luxembourg government. |
