Goldman is president of Hillspire LLC, a family office. He served as CFO of Yahoo! Inc. from 2012 to mid-2017. Prior to joining Yahoo!, he was CFO of Fortinet Inc., and CFO of several public and private companies including Dexterra Inc. and Siebel Systems Inc. He currently serves on the boards of NXP Semiconductors N.V., GoPro Inc., and TriNet Group Inc. Kenneth Goldman has served on our board of directors since December 2013 and as lead independent director of our board since April 2017. From October 2012 to June 2017, Mr. Goldman served as the Chief Financial Officer of Yahoo! Inc., an Internet commerce website, where he was responsible for Yahoo’s global finance functions including financial planning and analysis, controllership, tax, treasury, and investor relations. From September 2007 to October 2012, Mr. Goldman was the Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Fortinet Inc., a provider of threat management technologies. From November 2006 to August 2007, Mr. Goldman served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dexterra, Inc., a mobile enterprise software company. From August 2000 until March 2006, Mr. Goldman served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Siebel Systems, Inc., a supplier of customer software solutions and services. Previously, Mr. Goldman has been the Chief Financial Officer of Sybase, Inc. (acquired by SAP SE), Excite@Home, Cypress Semiconductor Corporation and VLSI Technology, Inc. (acquired by Philips Electronics). Mr. Goldman currently serves on the board of directors of NXP Semiconductor N.V., TriNet, Inc., and RingCentral, as well as the Trustee Emeritus of Cornell University. From December 1999 to December 2003, Mr. Goldman served on the Financial Accounting Standards Board’s (FASB’s) primary Advisory Council (FASAC). Mr. Goldman was appointed in January 2015 to a three-year term to the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board’s (PCAOB) Standing Advisory Group (SAG), an organization that provides advice on the need to formulate new accounting standards or change existing standards. Mr. Goldman holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
