Susan Sachs has amassed more than 20 years of top-level management experience in magazine, book, and Internet publishing. Most recently she was a media consultant for startup Internet companies, advising them on financing strategies and business plans. Prior to serving as a consultant, Sachs spent more than 17 years at Time Warner building a career in publishing that spanned a broad array of book and magazine experience. During her tenure with Time-Life Books she held various financial positions, including stints in Amsterdam and London. Prior to the Warner merger she worked in Time Inc.'s Corporate Financial Planning department with responsibilities in merger and acquisition analysis. But the bulk of her Time Warner career was spent in the magazine division, where she held a variety of financial and advertising roles, including associate advertising director for Time International, publisher of Sports Illustrated for Kids, and associate publisher of Fortune. Susan is a graduate of Lehigh University and Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
