Anthony Barrese

Anthony Barrese is a faculty member and Trustee of Stevens Institute of Technology. Dr. Barrese is a former officer of the NCR Corporation, where he led the Network Products Division and Teradata Industry Applications Division. Barrese began his career with the Bell Telephone Laboratories, where he held positions of increasing technical responsibility on a variety of Bell system voice and data communication system programs. In the mid-1980s Barrese led UNIX system engineering and product management at AT&T during a critical period of commercialization and computer industry standardization. He subsequently led product planning for the AT&T computer business line before joining NCR in 1991. Since 2005 Barrese has been a faculty member in the School of Systems & Enterprises at Stevens Institute of Technology. Barrese holds a B.E., M.E.E., and Ph.D. from Stevens Institute of Technology.
