Mr. Murphy serves as Chief Information Officer, providing technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of the EDA strategic technology plan. In this role, he is responsible for computing and information technology policies, programs and schedules for all business and finance data processing, computer services, network communications and management information services. Prior to joining the EDA in 2008, Mr. Murphy was Director of Information Technology for Marketingworks, Inc., a full-service educational strategy, marketing, sales and research firm based in Yardley, PA. He formerly worked with QFG, LLC, a financial services group in Princeton, where he served in several management roles, including those involved in the migration of new platform technologies. He is a graduate of Rutgers University, Camden, where he earned a B.A. degree in sociology.
