Ms. Kurzenberger serves as Chief Talent & Learning Officer. She oversees all human resources functions including: HR strategy; workforce planning; leadership development; organizational development; recruiting and staffing; compensation; job evaluation; performance management; employee relations, employee communications; training; and benefits. Before joining the EDA in 2007, Ms. Kurzenberger was Senior Consultant and Managing Director of the MindWork Consortium responsible for developing leadership and talent management strategies, designing and facilitating professional development learning events, and other human resources and workforce planning functions. Prior to her association with MindWork, she spent two decades with AT&T Bell Labs and Lucent Technologies in various leadership development, talent management, and organizational development roles, as well as line management positions in Information Technology, Public Relations, and Quality Management. Her career also includes positions as an Editor with Rutgers University in NJ and The Officer Magazine in Washington, DC. A recipient of several professional awards for her work, Ms. Kurzenberger holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and professional certifications through the Lominger Leadership Architect Series and DDI Learning Systems. She contributes on occasion to various professional publications and has been recognized for her achievements in business communications.
