Norman R Bobins

Mr. Bobins was named Non-Executive Chairman of The PrivateBank and Trust Company, a bank subsidiary of PrivateBancorp, Inc., in July 2008. From May 2007 until October 2007, Mr. Bobins was Chairman of the Board of LaSalle Bank Corporation and thereafter served as Chairman Emeritus until July 2008. From 2003 to 2007, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of LaSalle Bank Corporation. From 2006 to 2007, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of ABN AMRO North America. Mr. Bobins also serves on the boards of directors of SIMS Metal Management, AAR CORP., AGL Resources Inc., Transco Inc. and RREEF America REIT II, Inc. In the past five years, Mr. Bobins also served on the board of Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
