Don focuses his practice on the representation of U.S. and foreign financial institutions, creditor committees, debtors, boards of directors, and investment funds in domestic and cross-border loans, work-outs and insolvencies, and securitization matters. A former chair of the Section of International Law of the American Bar Association. Represented Dunkin’ Donuts in bankruptcy of largest franchisee; adequate protection; debtor-in-possession financing; and Section 363 sales issues. Represented multiple investment funds in Lehman Brothers and other bankruptcies.
