Kathryn L Munro

Principal of BridgeWest, LLC (investment company) since July 2003. Ms. Munro was Chair of BridgeWest, LLC from February 1999 until July 2003. From 1996 to 1998, Ms. Munro served as CEO of Bank of America's Southwest Banking Group and was President of Bank of America Arizona from 1994 to 1996. Ms. Munro is also a director of FLOW International Corporation and Knight Transportation, Inc.
