Mark E Fuller

Former Judge Mark Fuller resigned from the federal bench in the summer of 2015 after allegedly beating his wife in early August of 2014. Before the incident he was most well known for adjudicating the prosecution and sentencing former Democratic Governor of Alabama Don Siegelman to seven years of hard time on bribery charges. Fuller is also an owner of Doss Aviation, Inc., a military contractor.
