Lise Lachapelle

Equity-based ownership (excluding stock options): Mrs. Lachapelle served as a director of Abitibi-Consolidated Inc. from 2002 to October 2007. She currently serves as a director of Industrial Alliance, Insurance and Financial Services Inc. Mrs. Lachapelle is also a director of Russel Metals Inc., Innergex Power Trust, BNP-Paribas (Canada) and Mirabaud Canada Inc. She is also a director of Export Development Canada, the export financing arm of the Canadian government.
