Scott Adelson

Mr. Adelson is a Senior Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Los Angeles office. He is the global co-head of Corporate Finance and serves as a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Board of Directors. His practice embraces all aspects of corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and the issuance of debt and equity capital. During his more than two decades at the firm, he has advised hundreds of companies, including multinational conglomerates such as Jardine Matheson, companies with premier brands such as Callaway Golf Corporation, regional icons such as Mammoth Mountain Ski Area and technology leaders such as SAIC. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Adelson had been a serial entrepreneur, founding companies in various industries. Mr. Adelson completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California and received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
