Mr. Feehan has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Cash America International, Inc. (a provider of specialty financial services to individuals) since February 2000. He is a director of Cash America International, Inc. and AZZ Incorporated. Mr. Feehan is currently a member of the Executive Committee. He has also been designated the presiding director of the board (please refer to the discussion on page 18 for additional information).
