Gregory A Katz

Gregory A. Katz joined Sterling Equities in 2001. Mr. Katz's real estate experience includes the acquisition and disposition of multifamily, commercial and retail properties as well as arranging financing for Sterling American Fund assets. Prior to joining Sterling, he was an associate at a major development company based in New York City where he specialized in retail-anchored, mixed-use projects. Mr. Katz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
