Barbara A Munder

Barbara A. Munder has been a Director of PetSmart since March 1999. Since January 2005, she has served as Executive Director of the operating groups, Institutional Investor Institute and The Hedge Fund Institutional Forum to Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC, an international business-to-business publisher, largely in the international finance, law, tax, energy, and transport sectors. From 2002 to 2004, she served as Senior Advisor to Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC, and as a Director of the operating group, Institutional Investor Institute. From 2001 to 2002, she was a principal of Munder & Associates, a marketing and web strategy-consulting firm. Also during 2001, she was Chief Operating Officer of Womenfuture LLC, a distance learning company. From 1994 to 2000, Ms. Munder held various positions with The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc., including Senior Vice President, New Initiatives, with oversight for corporate-wide electronic commerce; and Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs, with responsibility for branding, marketing, communications, and Washington affairs.
