John Ueberroth

Mr. Ueberroth serves as President of Ambassador Performance Improvement, Inc. He serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Preferred Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and Preferred Hotel Group, Inc. He serves as the President of Onpeak Housing. Mr. Ueberroth served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ambassadors International Inc. from 1995 to June 2004. He served as President of Ambassadors Performance Group, Inc. from April 1999 to April 2000. From 1990 to 1993, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hawaiian Airlines. From 1980 to 1989, Mr. Ueberroth served as President of Carlson Travel Group. In addition, Mr. Ueberroth served as Chairman of the Travel Industry Association of America during 1986 and 1987 and President of the United States Tour Operators Association during 1987 and 1988. He has been Chairman of Ambassadors Group, Inc. since November 2001. He serves as Co-Chairman and is a Director of SatoTravel. He served as the Co-Chairman of Ambassadors International Inc., from November 7, 2003 to June 2004. Mr. Ueberroth has been a Director of GetThere.com Inc., since April 1996. He has been a Director of Ambassadors Group, Inc., since 1997. He serves as Director of Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Mr. Ueberroth served as a Director of Ambassadors International Inc. from 1995 to June 2004. He served as Director of Navigant International Inc. since October 2003. He serves as Director of Travel Industry Association of America. He served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. Mr. Ueberroth received his B.S. in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. He and Peter V. Ueberroth are brothers.
