Vinny Cole is vice president, general counsel and secretary of Lexmark International, Inc. Since July 1996, he has been responsible for the worldwide operations of the company’s legal department. Cole came to Lexmark in 1991 and served as corporate counsel until February 1996, when he became assistant general counsel and secretary. Prior to joining Lexmark, he spent 10 years in private practice with Cahill Gordon & Reindel in New York City, specializing in business transactions.
