MARVIN E. LESSER has been Managing Partner of Sigma Partners, L.P., a private investment partnership, and President of Alpina Management, LLC, an investment advisor, for more than the past five years. He is a director of Golfsmith International Holdings, Inc. and St. Moritz 2000 Fund, Ltd. Mr. Lesser has been a director since May 1993. He is a member of the Board's Audit and Compensation and Organization Committees.
