Irving W. Rabb (IWR, 1913-2011) was the youngest child born to JR and Lottie Rabinovitz. He attended the Boston Latin School and Harvard University. Irving Rabb joined Stop & Shop in 1935, where he initially held positions in retail and store operations. He would eventually become the Executive Vice President, President, and Vice Chairman of the Board. He married Charlotte (Dolly) Frank and had two children, Betty and James.
