Richard C Vaughan

Has been one of our directors since May 2005. Mr. Vaughan served as executive vice president of Lincoln Financial Group from 1995 until his retirement in April 2005 and served as chief financial officer from June 1992 to April 2005. Mr. Vaughan is also a director of MBIA Inc.
