Anne Pol

Pol, 65, retired in 2005 as President and Chief Operating Officer of Trex Enterprises Corporation (a high technology research and development company). Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Thermo Electron Corporation (an environmental monitoring and analytical instruments company and a major producer of recycling equipment, biomedical products and alternative energy systems). Mrs. Pol also served as President of Pitney Bowes Shipping and Weighing Systems Division, a business unit of Pitney Bowes Inc.
