Previously, Goldman assisted clients in strategic development, operational improvement and organization design at the Los Angeles office of The Boston Consulting Group. Prior to that, Goldman was with the Bankers Trust in New York. Goldman earned a Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude in finance from the University of Southern California, where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honors society. He earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma honors society. He is a director on the board of Foundation for Financial Planning and is chairman of the board of directors of Wall Street on Demand.
