George R. Mrkonic, Jr. has been a director since June 2006. He served as Vice Chairman of Borders Group, Inc. from 1994 to 2002. He has held senior level executive positions with W.R. Grace and Company, Herman's World of Sporting Goods, EyeLab, Inc., and Kmart Specialty Retail Group. He is also a director of Brinker International, Inc., Nashua Corporation and Pacific Sunwear.
