Dugle was chair, president and CEO of Engility Holdings Inc. prior to its acquisition by Science Applications International Corp. Earlier, she served as president of Raytheon's Intelligence, Information and Services business from 2004 to 2015. She held officer-level positions with ADC Telecommunications. She currently serves on the board of State Street Corporation. Lynn A. Dugle is a Raytheon Company vice president and president of Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS). IIS is a leader in intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance; advanced cyber solutions; weather and environmental solutions; information-based solutions for law enforcement and homeland security; and training, logistics, engineering, product support, and operational support services and solutions for the Mission Support, homeland security, space, civil aviation, counterproliferation and counterterrorism markets. Dugle became president of the former Intelligence and Information Systems business in January 2009, and was previously its vice president and deputy general manager. Prior to those roles, Dugle was vice president, Engineering, Technology and Quality for the former Raytheon Network Centric Systems (NCS) business, responsible for the function’s strategic direction, leadership and operations. While at NCS, Dugle was honored with the Raytheon CEO Award for leveraging her technical knowledge and leadership skills to deliver innovative solutions for the customer. Before joining Raytheon in April 2004, Dugle held officerlevel positions with ADC Telecommunications. While based in Australia, Dugle was responsible for leading teams in Europe and the Asia Pacific region. Previous international experience includes managing design and production facilities in Austria and Argentina. Dugle began her career at Texas Instruments as a program engineer and rose to vice president of Quality for the Defense Systems and Electronics Group. While at Texas Instruments, she held positions within manufacturing, operations, supply chain management, quality, financial analysis, strategic planning and productivity programs. Dugle is a member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA) Board of Directors; the Defense Science Board; the CyberPatriot Board of Advisors; the Clemson University, College of Engineering and Science (CoES) Advisory Board; and the Raytheon Australia Board of Directors. Dugle earned two degrees from Purdue University: a bachelor’s degree in technical management, and Spanish. Dugle also earned a master’s of business administration degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
