Andrew H Beck

Andy Beck is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AGCO Corporation and is responsible for providing and developing the financial resources to meet the needs of AGCO's future, as well as being a major contributor to the strategic direction of the Company. He was appointed to his current position June 2002. Mr. Beck was previously Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer. He has been with AGCO since 1994 and has held positions of Vice President and Controller, Assistant Treasurer, and Controller, International Operations. Prior to coming to AGCO, Mr. Beck was a Senior Auditor with Arthur Andersen and Assistant Vice President with a regional commercial bank. Mr. Beck holds a BBA degree in Finance from Emory University and a Masters of Accounting from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
