Daniel M Neidich

Founding Partner and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Dune Capital Management LP. Mr. Neidich serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Dune Real Estate Partners LP. Mr. Neidich Co-founded in 2004 and served as the Chairman Elect of The Real Estate Roundtable. He served as the Secretary at The Real Estate Roundtable. Mr. Neidich served as a Partner at Goldman, Sachs & Co. since 1984, Head of Real Estate Department since 1990, and Managing Director of Goldman, Sachs & Co. since November 1996. He joined Goldman Sachs in 1978 in the real estate banking department. In 1990, Mr. Neidich became the Head of Goldman Sachs real estate department. He served as a Senior Director of Goldman, Sachs & Co. until December 2003, where Mr. Neidich has been a Trustee of RCPI Trust since July 1996. He is a Member of the Board of Governors of the Real Estate Board of New York, and a Board Member of Strategic Hotel Capital. Mr. Neidich serves as a Member of Advisory Board for International at Hypothekenbank Frankfurt Aktiengesellschaft (alternatively Eurohypo AG). He serves as Director of the Managing Member at Mortgage Investments, Llc. He has been a Director of Capmark Financial Group Inc. since March 2006. He served as a Member of the Management Committee, Co-Head of the merchant banking division, and Chairman of the Whitehall fund Investment Committee. He served as a Director of The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited. Mr. Neidich served as a Director of Thomas Properties Group Inc. from October 2004 to May 24, 2006. He serves as a Director of the Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art, Real Estate Roundtable, Prep for Prep, and the New York University Child Study Center. He has been a Director of General American Investors Company, Inc., since July 01, 2007. Mr. Neidich is a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute. He had formed the Real Estate Principal Investment Area in 1992. Mr. Neidich received an MBA degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 1974 and a B.A. degree from Yale University in 1972.
