Peter F Clark

Peter F. Clark is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of SEMCO ENERGY, Inc. Mr. Clark joined SEMCO ENERGY, Inc. in September 2004. He most recently was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Conectiv, an energy holding company that owns Delmarva Power and Light Company and Atlantic City Electric Company. Conectiv is owned by Pepco Holdings, Inc. Mr. Clark has more than 20 years experience in the energy industry, including corporate, transactional, regulatory and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Clark was with Delmarva Power & Light Company for more than a decade before to being named General Counsel of Conectiv shortly after it was formed in 1998. He served as Senior Counsel for Delmarva before being named Assistant General Counsel. Earlier, he was in private practice, specializing in Labor and Employment. He holds a law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law, Nashville, TN, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Davidson College, Davidson, NC, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Mr. Clark is admitted to practice in Delaware, Virginia and Michigan. He is a member of the Energy Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel (Delaware Valley Chapter).
