Richard K Smucker

Richard K. Smucker has served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of The J.M. Smucker Company (makers of food products) since February 2001 and President of J.M. Smucker since January 1987. Mr. Smucker served as Chief Financial Officer of J.M. Smucker from June 2003 to January 2005. Mr. Smucker is also a Director of J.M. Smucker and Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company and is a Trustee of Miami University of Ohio and the Musical Arts Association (The Cleveland Orchestra). The Board of Directors unanimously recommends that you vote "FOR" Proposal 1 relating to the election of directors.
