Mr. Delevati has also served as a consultant to various companies located in the Silicon Valley area since April 2000. From October 1999 to April 2000, Mr. Delevati served as the Senior Vice President, Information Technology and Chief Information Officer of Aspect Communications Corporation, a provider of customer call center solutions. From November 1995 to April 1999, he served as Vice President of Worldwide Information Services for Quantum Corporation, a storage device company. From April 1995 to November 1995, he was the Chief Information Officer, Senior Vice President of MIS for Conner Peripherals, a storage device company. From September 1994 to April 1995, he was the Chief Information Officer, Vice President of Worldwide MIS for Borland Corporation, a software tools company. From September 1993 to September 1994, he was the Chief Information Officer, Vice President of Worldwide MIS for Logitech, a computer peripheral device company. From December 1987 to September 1993, he was the Director of Application Development and Global Information Resources for Sun Microsystems, Inc. Mr. Delevati received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Arizona State University.
